This machine is meant for true espresso for true espresso lovers who can appreciate the quality it provides, and that are willing to put in the extra effort required. I use for espresso and cappuccio on the go, and it makes coffee at a level that is incredibly similar to what I have at home (where I have equipment significantly larger and more expensive). I use it with the comandate grinder and a nano foamer (when I drink a cappuccino). The results are incredible.
