If I tick Basket Cap Pro, checkout prevents completion because the item is “already included.” Conversely, if I choose the Standard model and try to add the Basket Cap Pro, the site accepts the selection but fails to display a price. [Spare‑parts clarity] The current parts list offers no quick way to see which component fits where. A simple visual key—such as numbered call‑outs on an exploded diagram, matched to the same numbers in the parts table, or a consistent colour‑coding scheme—would make it far easier to identify the correct O‑rings and other consumables. Implementing these two small UX fixes would streamline purchasing, cut support requests, and give new owners a smoother start with their 9Barista.
