If you're thinking about buying anything from Achica, my advice is don't do it! Their customer service is non-existent. Just awful...
After waiting six weeks for my order to arrive, I contacted them and was informed that there was a delay and the order would not be shipped for a further 3 weeks. They offered to cancel my order and refund my money, which I accepted so that I could buy something similar from a more reliable retailer.
A week later I received the cancelled order. I've now been told that, despite having written confirmation that I had been refunded, I will not receive a refund until at least 10 working days after the order is returned to them. Their couriers only operate Mon-Fri so I would have to take time off work for the pleasure of sorting out Achica's mistake. Oh, and I have to give them at least 3 days notice to arrange a collection... looks like they'll be holding on to my money for a while yet.
It takes at least 3 days for them to respond to emails, and responses are formulaic and totally unhelpful. Please learn by my mistake and look elsewhere online for your homeware needs!
