tried to obtain a refund for an order cancelled only 1 day after placing the order, two months on, and despite emails from Achica promising a refund, I staill have not had it. This is totally unacceptable. Avoid at all costs if you may need to ask for a refund. I have had to resort to asking for my bank to persue the refund through the credit card guarantee scheme. Very bad form from Achica.
