I wanted to return a £400+ bed that i had ordered & it wasn't right. This story could go on for ages so i'll cut it as short as I can. Collection of the bed was arranged by Achica twice & it wasn't collected. I had to send ranting emails because they don't have a customer services phone number. I learned that the courier they use is one of the poorest out there. Hundreds (that's no exaggeration) of really really bad reviews online. Eventually Achica rung me and booked it in for collection a third time. This time it was collected & over 2 weeks later i still had no refund. Again, another ranting email to Achica got them to make the payment - oh, but it won't land in my account for up to 3 working days...! So at time of writing this, i still havent had my £444.60 back into my account; nearly 3 months after requesting the return. I'm in the middle of a house renovation so every penny is needed, which i stressed to Achica. Very poor service, no apologies, no compensation, no care & most of all, nothing to make me want to shop there again.
