I have not received my order and after having contacted customer service several times, have not received an update, an apology or a refund. I am appalled. Worst customer treatment I have ever received. My last email to achica was closed by customer service as resolved as I hadn't responded after 3 days?!?! They told me they would be in touch with an update, so why should I have had to respond? The last time I ordered I received a damaged item, but since it was a small ceramic heart pendant purchased in the sale, it seemed to much hassle to send it back, take pictures and complain further. Won't be shopping there again, which is a shame for the business since I had shopped with them for several years.
