I placed an order on the 22 September which I have not received. I have sent several emails requesting a delivery date. No reply. The customer service is nonexistent. Achica has no respect for its clients. I will not order from this company again. I assume my money is lost. If they don't reply to emails and there is no telephone contact how can you get a refund on non delivered goods. So disgraceful, absolutely appalling.
