Terrible customer service...non existent actually
Returned an item 2 months ago and still waiting for my money...if it was a small amount I wouldn't be worried, but its £138!!!
I have been emailing constantly, with a repeat email back asking for proof. I have supplied proof of return. Disgusting. I would never use Achica ever again.
