Same experience as everyone else it would appear. Have ordered lots of things from them in the past with no problems at all and good customer service. However, I now have something outstanding worth £153, ordered in September, that hasn't arrived. Three queries sent to them with absolutely nothing back whereas before I'd had replies within 24 hours. Have just contacted them again and threatened Trading Standards if I don't hear back by tomorrow.
