ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING No customer service at all.
This company was happy to take my money and make me wait for my purchase.
I have contacted them by e=mail explained my problem and here i am still waiting .
I would have expected the courtesy of a reply regarding the problem that i have with my rug purchase.
I have sent 5 e-mails regarding the issues and still nothing .
Very very poor.
