I ordered a rug but they delivered the incorrect one. I have contacted them at least 5 times over the past 4 weeks with no response. They have £150 of my money that they will not return. I hate this company so much. They are such cowards that they have no way of contacting them. I have reported them to Trading Standards and will take them to the small claims court. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
