After driving through the night to be on time for our 10am ferry from Bari, we were informed, by port staff, that the ferry was cancelled.
No word from afrerry, and no way to contact them directly. There is no telephone number and even their online chat function has a 7-10 day response delay.
It does feel like a company on their way into failing completely. Avoid.
