Absolutely shocking customer service. They cancelled my booking 6 days before I was due to sail (the ferry was still going!). I booked the same ferry separately again and directly with Stena Line and incurred more cost due to the last minute nature of their cancellation. They said they would refund me within 5-7 days....that was August 8th, it’s now August 18th and I have received nothing. They have not responded to any of my Messages on their customer services chat.
This is probably the worst customer service I have dealt with. I would strongly recommend not using this company
