I have been going to Novotel suite for at least 7 to 8 years, but I have never seen so ungrateful and bad manor from the member of staff. 1) I booked two room in Marrakesh hotel for my family. when we arrive the lady in charge kept us for half an hour, 2) the room was not ready especially the sofa bed nothing on it no bedding at all and we aske for the bedding did not arrive until mid night. There was no cups, no glass, two bottle of water in the fridge and two tea bags. breakfast was not worth of money, service was bad, the coffee machine was leaking and dripping on the floor, a member of staff replacing food with the bare hand even though there was a tong our table was full of ants , even I told a member of staff in the restaurant his reply was poooooh. The hotel staff was intimidating, unpolite and no help at all and so on. In my holiday first we were stop in Casablanca Novotel, everything was marvellous.
