I placed an order on Monday night, my order was sent out 2 days later and received in prefect condition, was sent tracking number since I had chosen 3 day delivery. Not sure why all the awful reviews, I was sent emails that my order was received order being processed and when order left warehouse. Nothing was damaged and arrived in the frame I ordered, packed excellent.
