I have payment problem regarding to the Wechat method pay. It shows paid successful on my Wechat, but the website didn't redirect to the confirmation page. I double checked that my bank showed it paid to allsole already.
I contacted them by live Chat and Email, the only thing is asking me to wait. I have my order number, transaction number. I can not contact their finance team directly, I don't know why they are taking so long to invetigate it? I have all the evidence but I can't send it to them directly.
It was a birthday gift, but it was too late!!! Very Very Very unsatisfied with its shopping experience.
