I ordered some UK 10 Ugg boots at the end of August and a US10 was sent. I was then told to send them back for a full refund . I sent them back then 2 weeks later another paid if US10 boots have been delivered . You can’t call them as their lines are always unavailable. The app messages function doesn’t show you the replies . I have been told it needs to goto a specialist team WHY! Customer service is not helpful at all . It’s now mid-October and I don’t have a refund or the correctly sized boots .
Avoid at all costs .
