Ordered two pairs of shoes, one of the shoe boxes were empty upon arrival. I have been nothing but helpful, I provided proof and photos at every request and they have rejected my request for a refund and blocked my accountand essentially accused me of stealing. I returned the other pair of shoes and the empty box as requested and now will not receive a refund for either pair. I have never stolen in my life, if I had why would I go to the extremes of supporting them or returned the other pair of shoes? Surely if I had stolen them I would have advised both of them had been taken and refused to support with the investigation? As my account has been deactivated I cannot even dispute this as their messaging uses your email to log in. Terrible service and accusations.
