Awful awful experience! Fobbed off from day one of advising them of a fault. Deliberate avoidance in dealing with my issue and constant ‘the x team will get back to you in 3 days’. The only way to get a refund from this company is to either contact Consumer Direct (citizens advice) who will talk you through the legal process or ask your bank to do a chargeback - which I had to do (it’s a relatively simple process) and was successful. Awful company!
