I've lost count on how many followups I've sent to them. I will be disputing the charge and flagging your store as fraudulent. I will be writing negative reviews all over social media to let others know you do not follow your own return policy and after multiple months you still do not provide me a refund to the product I've returned weeks ago. I am utterly disgusted by your lack of business ethic and robbing me when I have been more than patient, followed all return procedures and sent my item back because it was damaged upon receipt. You claim the return package cannot be found, but I am showing it is at a warehouse address provided by your team for the return label. This has gone on long enough you are crooks, thieves, and overall disgusting business model.
