Terrible!!!!! I ordered a pair of shoes in the wrong size, I realized 5 minutes later and asked to change the size. I was told that it was not possible and that they had been shipped..with an automatic response. obviously that was not the case, the tracking was still being prepared. Result after several emails... they sent them anyway and I have to pay for the return 12€. Never again!!! Worst customer service ever seen
