I ordered a uk size 12 vans slip on shoes and I got a UK11. They keep saying I ordered a uk 11 when it clearly shows a uk 12. The customer service is appalling and no one seems to be able to answer why I’ve got the wrong size. I would never use again, they have the cheek that I have to pay the postage for a refund! I’d say 0 stars if I could.
