Everything. First descent the wrong shoes secondly their customer service is appalling and seems to be some AI generated but after having to push the shoes back to the UK I eventually received a refund after harassing them multiple times. I am still trying to get a refund of my postage almost 2 months later the company is completely incompetent and I’m having to chase them constantly. This is the worst shopping experience of my life.
