Alpharooms is an Absolutely horrendous company, STAY AWAY!!!! If you want peace of mind book hotels and flights directly, now it might be a little more money but you will be able to manage this for yourselves AS Alpharooms has withheld all my money from a cancellation holiday that WE Alpharooms and myself had an agreement that I was getting my cash Refund to my card and after months of waiting they decided not to give it and want to post date me a credit note which I told them I wouldn’t except.. This company is withholding thousands of customers monies from them it’s unbelievable how they haven’t been shut down or been arrested. How can people who work for these keep fobbing customers off when they’re entitled to there money back. If I could give Alpharooms a - star review I would, criminality going on here.
