The worst service I have ever received. Money taken even after cancellation then only a credit note offered in return. If you say you want your money back (which you are entitled to) they hang up the phone then say that you never called. Shocking way of working and the fact they are able to treat people this way in the current climate is morally wrong!
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!
