I have rung alpha rooms on numerous occasions and they keep fobbing me off saying you will your refund at at the end of the month which has been on going since june,rung today and spoke to manager(I think) and he said he is prioritising my refund and advised it could be by end of this month,
I am so so angry,how can they get away with all our money
Where do you go for help???
