Still waiting for refund,a very long 30days,. Booked with these for years ,so no loyalty points here, paid for holiday in full in may,still waiting now December. Unfortunately they won't be having me as a customer any more.
I know it's not their fault Covid landed,but they have my money and want it back. Any help ?
