Hi I have used Alpharooms for many years.still waiting on a Refund from May 2020...
As it appeared I did not take a voucher,they claim I have to wait....
Absolutely a disgrace why would I do that as the company will go bust!!! Very soon because no one will book with them again,I certainly will not i have lost all
Faith.Im still going to fight with them to receive my £500 back....
I will book now with other companies
Who have given refund s back
Within 3 months
