I had a 21st birthday gift holiday cancelled as the hotel was closed due to Coronovirus last May and I am still awaiting refund. I have spent days every month on phone and Twitter etc but still no nearer a refund. I have been told CMA would cover this as Lastminute.com are the same. I have always used these but will never ever book with them again
