Alpha rooms refuse to give me a refund for my Covid cancelled holiday. I checked with the hotel privately and they say they have received no payment from Alpha rooms. So, quite clearly Alpha have pocketed my money for free. I would use the term theft.
Hopefully my MP will cause a stir, as thousands have had their money stolen.
