DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
After my holiday was unable to go ahead due to covid restrictions on travel, Alpharooms kept my deposit and 2 instalments for my accommodation.
I have contacted them numerous times by email and using ‘Resolver’ but they have not even had the decency to respond.
They have exploited the devastating impact of the pandemic, to line their own pockets. Demonstrating a total lack of regard, respect or consideration for their customers.
