Had hotel booked for December 2020. Jet2 cancelled flights due to COVID. I informed alpha room’s on 17th of September and was told to wait between 24-72 hours and phone back and they would sort out refund after they had contacted the supplier. I did as they asked and it has been the same story every time I’ve called them. I have phoned again today 11/03/21 and been on phone for 30 minutes the first time and 27 minutes second time. I hung up in the end. After reading all the bad reviews about this company and the despicable way they treat people I will never use them again and urge others to think twice about using them.
