I booked a holiday for August but cancelled two weeks ago as I am not comfortable travelling at the moment due to covid. Today they took money from my account which was unexpected and was there for bills. I rang them and was told that the supplier had not yet cancelled the holiday and it was still active on their system. God only knows how long I’ll be waiting for refund, if I ever get it. Ridiculous.
