Booked Apt on return 2019 for same Apt 2020. Due to covid cancelled again. Changed booking to April
2021. Now Euro restrictions
Cant Travel. Alpharooms have refused Refund only giving credit. I quoted my rights and argued with a Living Robot who just replied no Refund to everything. 2 years with my money that I cant get back.
Never book with them again.
