Dont use this company.
Holiday booked June 2019, cancelled due to covid, started chasing refund early 2020, still no refund. They don't response to any of my 100's of emails and when you finally get to talk to someone you get told different things about refunds and the dates they will be. 20months on and still no refund, they are awful company no customer care at all. The shouldnt be allowed to trade and treat people like this.
