Same as everyone else with the no refund. Suppose to go away April 2020 and cancelled due to Covid and still awaiting a refund for hotel. Keep getting fobbed off by staff at the Indian call centre time after time. Just started sec75 with my credit card company as fed up dealing with these clowns! Every single person tells you something different every time. These staff members are clearly being told to lie to us by their seniors and are happy to sit there and do it. Alpha rooms have no intentions of paying anyone back at all. Everyone this has happened to should report this matter to police online as a theft as that's what I will be doing after this review. Anyone rading thats not booked with these clowns be warned!
