I am in the same situation as most people on this site. We have been trying to get our refund from Alpharooms for over 12 months,but just been lied to, or ignored, so decided that the only option left was to contact our bank 'Santander' and take out a section 75, but to my surprise and horror Santander said that they could not issue an s75 because Alpharooms had not refused to pay the refund. So what the hell are we supposed to do?. If this is the case none of us has any chance of getting our money back without taking them to court.
