Absolute disaster.. So frustrating when not one person I spoke to in their CS could help in any way with refund. I have been chasing for over 12 months now. Flight company confirmed that they refunded the money but still nothing.. I am done chasing now and I am going to seek legal action. No other route to take at this stage. I will never book with them again.
