One star would have been a 0 star only they didn't have any. Same as everyone else they don't returns my emails&phone calls,still waiting for my refund, they said I would get refund and of March we are just getting fobbed off never again will I use this company again. I think its disgraceful the way we get treated we save our money for holidays and then for them to rob us they take the money and has to be paid in full otherwise the would cancel but don't give back so very angry
