I like many other customers have been let down by this company.
I waited patiently for the refund date after being issued with a year long voucher. They haven't even responded to my emails. To the set refund email and any other emails sent to active emails.
I've used this company several times before. However I will never use them again. If you'd been robbed by someone for the amount this company have taken from you they'd be arrested!
Why are big companies protected!
It's just shocking!???
