Waiting for refund now for over 1 year. Sent plenty of e-mails to customer service as it is useless trying to get anybody to answer the phone so gave up..Auto replies to e-mails promising a refund .
They promised last year a full refund of credit note after 1 year. NOT TO BE BELIEVED SO FAR IF THEY PROVE ME WRONG AND GIVE A REFUND I WILL UPDATE IN THEIR FAVOUR.
