Please help I booked 4 nights hotel with alfarooms I paid in full but alfarooms are saying I haven't I have rang phoned 100s of time emailed and are still saying I owe £370 which I wrong as I have paid in full the bank is saying I have to wait until the date of travel isn't until September I have to wait what can I do please help
