I saw a post who said they claimed their refund through the small claims court. Can you advise how to do this. Like everyone have been waiting for a refund since last year. Told to wait until 31st may nothing since. No replies to my emails. When I get through on the phone after 50 mins I’m told that they will ring me in a few days. I don’t get a call and I’m then advised that a refund should issue soon. Just if someone could give idea how to proceed to small claims court online I would process it.
