Booked a hotel through this company which was cancelled due to COVID
waited over 18 months for my refund, made lots of phone calls & emails.
No one is interested please DO NOT use this company.
Finally my last straw was to take out a small claim against this company
which cost me £80 but was worth every penny, as I was refunded in
FULL, do as I did and don’t delay.
