I booked and paid for a holiday a year and a half ago for June 2020. Still waiting for a refund as it was cancelled due to Covid. Was meant to be refunded a year after departure date which was 6th June. Can't get a reply as to when I will receive it if ever. I know people are going through small claims court to get it back. Shocking customer service
