I booked a hotel in June 2019 for Bulgaria May 2020 which was canceled due to covid so I accepted vouchers and rebooked for next May 2021 that also was canceled now those vouchers are expired since May 30th and they won't cash refund me they still insist on giving vouchers which I don't want I strongly advise never book with alpharooms they are gangsters they won't even Anseer the phone
