I would give 0 stars if I could. They charge a hidden admin fee of £4.95 every time they make a payment (they actually don't show this when paying but have it hidden with their terms and conditions). If you paid a deposit, they'll charge you another £4.95 admin fee for the automated payment they intend to collect too! They also advertise a price for a holiday and after booking they then call you back to say they cannot honor that price and either you pay more or they will cancel and send a refund soon (no date given). But if you try to cancel the hotel, they charge you £30 per person!!
