Started holiday yesterday for 10 nights been out for day then tried to get into my room key wasn't working went to reception to be told that my hotel had been cancelled by alpha rooms no help what so ever got charged for last night then left stranded in a foreign country with no where to stay alpha rooms was no help on the phone just kept saying they will hang up if I carry on shouting why wouldn't I be shouting I was fuming do not use this joke of a company I will be taking them to court totally ruined holiday
