The company forgot to transfer money for our hotel and the booking was canceled. We found out about this by arriving in Turkey at the hotel. I stayed on the street with 2 families (8 children). Instead of a good hotel, we had to urgently order another cheap hotel. Since the prices skyrocketed and we couldn't afford a room in the same hotels. The company abandoned us and refused to help in any way. If you are going on vacation with this company, prepare for everything terrible. Because of their mistakes, you will pay off!
