My daughter and family arrived in tenerife and when they reached the hotel ,the hotel had no record of the booking, thankfully the hotel had a room available and my daughter had to pay again!! Could not get through to Alparooms whatsoever, do not use this scamming company it looks like they are going out of business and are stealing as much of people's cash before they go under you have been warned!!!!!
